Impact of Ethical Infrastructure on the Performance of Executive Power Administrative Units in Bulgaria
Abstract
Тhe focus of the research is on the level of development of ethical infrastructure and its impact on the performance of administrative structures in Bulgaria. It analyses respondents’ attitudes towards ethical infrastructure and its impact on the performance of administrative structures. Applied models of ethical infrastructure and problem areas in the ethical environment of executive administrations in Bulgaria have been defined. The research is based on an electronic survey which was distributed among all administrative units that are part of the executive power in Bulgaria. The sample was formed by the method of respondents – 127 administrative units. After conducting a wide-scale survey, 8 in-depth non-structured interviews were conducted with senior officers and experts from 3 administrative structures.
